Refund policy

At Sushree Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality ethnic wear including suits, sarees, and other fashion products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of the date of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

• The product is not damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.

• Customized or altered products.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Product photographs

• Package images

• Unboxing video (It is must)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support with your Order ID.

2. Our team will verify your request.

3. If approved, pickup instructions will be shared.

4. In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required payment details.

• Refund only in case product is not available and if defective

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
